Pharmacist and experienced medical writer/editor. Christine has worked for many clients in the pharma industry preparing articles for publication, conference reports, newsletters and advisory board reports. She has also undertaken work for the Care Quality Commission, Department of Health, the National Patient Safety Agency and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. Her work has included a broad range of therapeutic topics, patient safety, medicines management systems, handling of hazardous substances and health economics. Christine has special expertise in dermatology and working with patient groups.
Ross began his professional life 30 years ago, as a community pharmacist. He has promoted pharmacist involvement in many fields of healthcare and has added Independent Prescribing to his qualifications. He now focuses on providing medication related advice and services in Out of Hours settings, as Consultant Pharmacist to bpas and as an Associate Lecturer at Edge Hill University. He provides occasional locum cover for independent community pharmacies and speaks and writes on a number of healthcare related topics.
Vicki is Director of Synergy Health Economics Ltd., an international health economics consultancy based in the United Kingdom. Since obtaining an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York in 1995, Vicki has worked exclusively in the health economic field in both consultancy and the pharmaceutical industry. She has a wealth of experience in all areas of health economics and health technology assessment including submissions to NICE, the SMC and authorities in other countries.
